If you are moving into our area you will be required to complete a Patient Registration Form and produce the following documentation:
ONE OF THE FOLLOWING : PASSPORT / DRIVING LICENCE / BUS PASS AND
EVIDENCE OF YOUR PERMANENT ADDRESS
ONE OF THE FOLLOWING : UTILITY BILL / RENTAL AGREEMENT / BANK STATEMENT (MUST BE WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS)

Staff training will usually take place on the 2nd Weds of every month and the Surgery will close at 12.30pm and re-open at 2pm

To access these services please ask your GP, nurse or Reception team as a referral is needed

- Telephone triage by experienced nurses and doctors - quick access to solving your medical queries
- Early Morning surgeries - Thursdays 07:00 - 08:30am with a Senior Nurse or GP and Health Care Assistant for bloods, BP checks
- Joint injection clinics weekly
- Family planning - including advice on contraception, coil insertions and implamons
Brighton and Sussex Medical School works closely with this practice to train medical students to become doctors. We are involved in the teaching of medical students which means sometimes we will have medical students sitting into learn from our GPs and nurses.
If you do not wish to have students present please inform reception. Any decision you make will not affect your treatment. If you do consent to students, you may still ask the students to leave at any time should you change your mind. If you have any concerns, please discuss these with a member of the practice team.
